As an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Vivekananda college Kolkata, my days are filled with the intricacies of the scientific world. But beyond the lab, my passion takes flight in the vibrant hues and captivating moments I capture as an amateur photographer since 2009. For me, photography is more than just a hobby; it’s a way of feeling, of touching the world around me, and sharing that unique perspective through the lens. My camera becomes an extension of my senses, allowing me to truly immerse myself in the subjects I shoot.
My diverse interests find expression in my photography, encompassing the vast landscapes and bustling streets of travel, the grandeur of architecture, the delicate balance of nature, the quiet contemplation of fine art, and the very essence of the people that make up the tapestry of India. Each click is an attempt to capture the spirit of this incredible nation, its rich heritage, and the stories woven into its everyday moments.
This pursuit of capturing the essence of India has been fueled by an unwavering passion. It has led me to achieve recognition at both national and international levels, with numerous awards adorning my shelf. More than 400 of my photographs have graced the walls of exhibitions across the globe, each one a testament to the power of storytelling through the visual medium.
But beyond the accolades, what truly drives me is the joy of connecting with others through my art. Now, let the colors, the textures, the emotions wash over you, and perhaps, you too will discover the magic that unfolds when the world is viewed through the lens of passion.
