Sumana Mukherjee is one of the founding faculty members of the Department of Environmental Science in this college. She is a Zoology graduate, and Environmental Science post-graduate from the University of Calcutta. She teaches Ecology, Evolution, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Toxicology and environmental health apart from core Environmental Science topics. She has more than 16 years of teaching experience and her teaching goals include fostering a deep understanding of the subject and problem solving skills among students.
